D & D REFRIGERATION

.My husband and I have used Dand D since 1999. We were experiencing problems with one of our 2"York" units. Since we were new to the Lake Charles area, I asked my neighbor, someone I trusted, which business she could recommend? It happened to be Dand D.
It would take "chapters" to describe the problems with were having. Basically, the heat pump would kick on for no explainable reason. And of coarse it would always be when the outside temp was 95+. Not to mention the temp. reading in the attic! Not pleasant I assure you! But, of coarse I wasn't the one in the attic at the peak of the day, R.W. and his guys were. I can not tell you how many times they were here within 1 hour after receiving a call! This included weekends too.This problem went on for approximately 3 months. They were in constant contact with the technicians at York Enterprises. Finally, the entire computer board was replaced. I believe Dand D started the "Ball rolling" for a recall for that particular model! They were like "bulldogs" that sank their teeth in and would not let go until the problem was resolved.
We are on our 2nd set of units now, and as always, my guys are here when any problem arises. I hate to say it, but when you know every single employee by name for over 10 years, they become a member of your family! I trust them to come in my home even when I'm not here. They know were everything is located! Many times, they haven't even charged us.
I hope I never have to use anyone else. Well, I really hope their isn't the need for anyone in the 1st place!!!!!!

I called another company and they couldn't come out until after hours and then I would have been charged an after hours fee. This man came out, I think it was on a weekend and only charged me a regular rate fee. He just knew that I had a mess on my hands. He came out and fixed me up and did not charge me a whole lot. He was very reasonable. He gave me his cell phone number and said he didn't want me to be hot and to give him a call if I had any problems. It was just a good experience.
