The techs did not come on date and time arranged. After an additional call two techs arrived without calling first. They did not have an identifying shirt or nametag. . The work was very unprofessional as was their demeanor. Instead of laying a conduit along the floor they put it about 1 foot up the brick wall which was very unattractive. I had to have someone else come and change that. I will never use this company again. They are unprofessional in every way.

The technician did repair the two GFI outlets.  However, he stated that he would have to have to return with additional equipment to repair the security lights and timer.  Tech never contacted me to let me know when that repair would be completed.  I called on three different occassions to schedule an appointment for the repair to be completed.  In twon instances the technician failed to show up on the scheduled date/time.  In my final attempt to get the repair work completed, the dispatcher I spoke with on the phone stated she would have the service technician call me.  I never received a follow up call from anyone.   I found this company to be VERY unreliable,  expensive and would not recommend them to anyone for electrial service/repairs.
