Not good don't waste your time leak worse after they work on it and then they tell you that they can't do anything else

They did an excellent job. The workers were great and real tried to ensure you were happy with the work

It went mostly good. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into a 2 day job. Steve was very responsive to texts and calls. Roofers were very nice as well.

On time.
Reasonable price.
Very professional.

Great customer service, they were on the spot when they stated. Job completed as promised. i will definitely use again!

Good, finished on time, workers worked as a team and worked with basic tools.....nail guns with roofing nails, magnet bar for nail removal on the ground, and man power to move heavy and pick up litter. The trailer that was used to haul off the old product could have been a lot more secure to avoid the possibility of loss while on the road to the dump! Best if same crew is together brad,johnnies, steve, chuck, balanzo, and josh.

Day 1arrived a bit later than expected. Said they had an emergency job before they arrived. Got started and didn't stop till dusk. Old roof deck revealed lots of rotted lumber which needed replacing. They got about half way finished at dusk. The next morning the weather turned very bad. It rained for about 5 days in a row, but they arrived to cover the exposed roof with plastic sheeting. The next break in the weather was the following Sunday. I was skeptical if they would show up to finish on a Sunday, but they did. Finished on Sunday afternoon, and it has rained a lot since then. NO LEAKS! The original quote was $1,980 and the final cost included all the extra deck repairs which were quoted before they started, and we agreed upon at day's end. I thought the cost was very reasonable.

It went well we replaced my roof due to hail damage, and had insurance people come out and they got together to make sure the charges were accurate..

Gave me an estimate for my house roof and my workshop roof but did not put the roof on my workshop. Workers packed up and left for the day after putting roof on house. The owner came back later and said he underestimated the cost and it would be more for the workshop. I was miss lead and taken advantage of. I told him not to come back. Now I do not have a roof on the workshop and I am out the money I paid upfront.

We did not have a good experience with him.  He didn't do a good job on our roof.  There are nails poking through the roof.  We will not use them in the future. 

They were punctual and they took care of their business. I did recommend them to my next door neighbor and they did work for him. I checked with price and they were there.

Once a contract was signed and a down payment made, contractor got to work within a few days. Crews started early and worked late.
 
There was about a 1/2 day delay towards the end of the job as there was a discrepancy in the number of roofing "squares" needed, and roofer ran out of shingles on the job site and had to stop work had to get more. However, contractor and insurance adjuster resolved this to my satisfaction.

Contractor was somewhat persistent in getting final payment upon completion, even though that was an insurance company procedure and issue. However, I understand cash flow and winter is a slow time for roofers, so I can relate to getting paid upon completion of the job. Plus, the contractor has dealt with insurance companies before and probably has had to wait days or weeks as the final payment disbursement goes through the insurance "red tape."

Roofing work done, with short delay on patio cover.  He wanted money before full job was done, which I would not do.  Serious Problem with follow up service:   Since roof was replaced, we have a leak.  We cannot get him to come back and make repair.  Promises to take care of problem, but never shows up.

don't trust these people . they will lie to you.

It was excellent. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, and they arrived the next day after I hired them. They were professional and did great work.

I have had two minor leaks after having this company remove my old roof and install a new one. It took a couple of weeks of calling on the telephone to get them to come and repair the first leak. I asked them to let me know when they were coming and to leave a message when the repair work was done. Finally, they made the repair, but did not call me or leave a message telling me that the work was completed. I have called 6 times to have the second leak repaired, but they still have not called back or fixed the leak. I have spoken with the receptionist and she says she has given the roofers the message to call and repair the leak. Deafening silence and no repair. I definitely would NOT use this company again. If you are thinking of having your roof replaced or repaired, I advise you to look elsewhere.
