They have been great. Their charge differs, depending on the type of service we get. We have always been with them and always have great service.

It is just fine. It started at $70 some originally and now it is $90 some. They come whenever they say they are coming. They send the communication and they are there on that exact day. I am never there when he comes. He is always there when we need him. He has been very professional the couple of times that I've talked to him.

The inspector and the technician are very nice. The inspector is very thourogh checking everything, and the technician was very professional. There is only couple of things that I was not quite satisfied. One is that the inspector told me that they had to drill holes through the bathroom tiles in order to treat the tub, but when the technician came, he told me that he only needed to cut a hold in my bedroom and install a "door" to cover the hole. I don't know if I would have changed my mind  to go ahead to treat the tub instead of signing the waiver, but it would be nice to get the correct information at the first place. Another thing is that the inspector and I agreed on a price, but after I have paid for it, he came back with the invoice, stating I still owe $20 ( I should have looked at the invoice closely before I signed it, which I guess it was partially my fault too) . It was not a great amount, and he did offer to pay it out of his pocket,  but I couldn't let him do that. I got a feeling that he knew that I wouldn't let him pay out of his pocket (which might not be true)...anyway, I felt kinda being manipulated a bit.

The staff of Terminix are very nice and if you have a problem in between, you just have to call and they'll come out and take care of it.

We've been battling termites for several years without success, working with another company.
Terminix evaluated our situation and eliminated our problem with just one visit.

They are really good and do good stuff.  They are very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.

They notify me when they are coming and are friendly. If I need an extra service, I call and they come whenever I need them.

They were very good. Our home is large and I thought the price was good. I signed a contract with them and they will be coming every three months.

We used them consistently for three years. Overall, they were good. I didn't have any complaints. The customer service was average and not spectacular. The technicians who came out were very good. They were polite, professional, and respectful of my property. I would use them again if needed.

I'm really happy with them. Their treatments are effective and they are professional. I had some termite damage to my home from previous owners, and they took care of it at no cost to me.

We've never had any problems, they came, and sprayed for ants recently.  They are really friendly and my landlord pays for it.  Anytime we've had a problem, they've came out, and sprayed. 

I haven't had any issues with them. They have very good customer service and they come when I call.
