RAY'S TIRE PROS

First these folks were great with my 4 runner when I bought tires for it! They also did a rotation and forced road balance on my sequoia. So this past Saturday I bought new tires for my sequoia. Suggest that you don t buy tires when it gets close to closing time. Could tell the workers were in a hurry to call it a day and in doing so they did not clean the new tires off properly. A white grease was still present on the tires and rims. When I got home I had to clean the tires and rims. Then Tuesday had my wife take the sequoia back in for a front end alignment. While the service guy was backing it off the rack he side swapped another vehicles with our vehicle! Thus causing damage to the right fender and door. They claim that they will fix the damage but they have been somewhat slow in getting a resolution. In other word they have not been as proactive as I think they should when they are at fault! At present a resolution is ongoing!

Great and fast service!! Will definitely use them again if the need arises!!

This is a family-owned business that I feel really cares about me as a person. I trust them implicitly to give me accurate information and good, quality workmanship. The additional crew is friendly, as well. There was a rebate attached to my tires that I did not know about. They informed me of the rebate, and made sure that I had all the necessary paperwork before I headed out the door.

This company works very hard to take care of there customers. As a former business owner I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and have always felt appreciated.
