Let me tell you, these bathrooms were beyond nasty. Sabrina spent an entire day on each room and did an unbelievable job. They look great, are sanitized and feel like home. My first estimate from Clean Freaks was for the bathrooms and the kitchen, but I thought I would save some money and do the kitchen myself. BIG mistake! I'm still working on the kitchen 2 weeks later. This is the company to hire if you want old fashioned hard work and honesty.

The ducts were cleaned thoroughly. They even painted the vents to make them look cleaner as they had changed color with time and use. Excellent attention to detail.

We are putting our house on the market and needed some help getting it ready. I called Stan and he sent 3 of his workers to my house the next day. The 3 ladies were punctual, friendly and thorough. They cleaned 4 bathrooms, the kitchen and the stairway until it all gleamed! They take pride in the job they do and are not satisfied until you are. I would absolutely hire them again.

My mom got a brain abscess from construction dust in her home during renovation and had to have brain surgery. I needed to make sure everything was total clean and sanitized before bringing her home from the hospital. She's collected lots of stuff in her 83 years. The team was very careful as they cleaned each individual item, took pictures to be able to put things back as she had them. They were all kind and courteous both to me and to each other. A team of 5-8 worked 4 days in the house getting everything done. Stan was thorough and went behind the team to make sure everything was done to satisfaction and beyond. Definitely did a great job for us. It was very pricey because of all the knick knacks they had to individually clean, but that couldn't be avoided. Once they open their franchise closer to me, I'll be contracting with them for weekly cleaning as well.

Stan and Glenda did an excellent job of inspecting the property, evaluating the situation and then informing me as to what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. Stan established a definite start and end date, indicated the number of members on his team and explained how they were going to eradicate the mold. The house was cleaned to sheet rock ready on the final day. All went very well.

Mr. Opiel from Neat Freaks Cleaning Services was very professional, thorough, and helpful. He was punctual for both the estimate and cleaning work, and was extremely thorough, going above and beyond what he needed to do. Both bathrooms I contracted for him to clean are spotless - not an easy task, as they were not in great condition! I'm grateful for Neat Freaks and would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

It went fantastically!
First, I fouled up the date and kept Stan and his crew waiting for longer than I'll admit. However, they waited and were absolutely great about it. Once I arrived and let them in they just hit the ground running and got to it. I was embarrassed and angry with myself for making them wait.
My wife and I had just closed on the house and knew the kitchen was dirtier than ours ever was. Actually, we were shocked at how dirty the prior owner's left it. I told my wife I was going to hire a cleaning company to do the work because I didn't want her to have to deal with it. She's particular about cleaning, with high standards and I knew it would be hard for her to get it done with the rest of the move. She didn't want me to hire anyone but I moved forward.
Again, Stan and his crew just attacked everything. The stove area was greasy as well as all the cabinets. Stan cleaned the air filters in the exhaust hood that were gummed up with frying grease. The crew cleaned and treated all the cabinets, inside and out. Stan conducted on the job training to one crew member that was impressive. By the way, that training did not impede progress or quality. Stan also shared with me some cleaning tips and choices of cleaning products.
When my wife saw the results, she said "everything just shines. I'm glad you hired those cleaners." That's the best endorsement right there. I was happy with the work but when the Boss is happy, that's all that matters.

Cleaned 3 full baths to perfection getting rid of mold and soap scum. Vacuumed and steamed floors clean. Dusted my sons room full of collectible Lego and airplane models and his toy car collection - very detailed! I'm very pleased!

Wanted to post an update to my initial review after the deep clean last September. I have now been using Neat Freaks out of their Shreveport location for six months and the service is still amazing. Glenda is so reliable and does a wonderful job. I have been very pleased, particularly with the flexibility and consistency of service. It would be very easy for a service provider to be slack n their work when they are working with the home owner not present. I don't have to worry about that with Neat Freaks. I know that when I get in from work on cleaning day and unlock the door it will be as if a genie has magically fixed my mess.

They did a good job. Overall they were professional and it was a good experience. The owner was kind of irritating to deal with, he just talked a lot. It was a fine experience, but I don't know if I would use them again, he just wore me out. They were very pricey.

I love OCD in the bathrooms. Brushing the lampshades thoroughly but gently. Getting those blinds and all of my sweet husbands delicate collectibles. Light fixtures and moving sofas to vacuum behind them. The list goes on. Thank you Stan, Glenda and Charlotte. Well done!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. When I first contacted them through an Angie's List message I received a call from the owner Stan within 15 minutes. They are amazingly professional and well prepared. They promptly quoted me a price for the initial clean and bi-weekly visits. The crew truly works as a team and most importantly they treat the customer as someone they value. Everything they are going to do is explained and you feel like you are dealing with someone who not only "knows their stuff" but also puts customer satisfaction at the top of their goals. They are willing to work with you to achieve the condition you desire and go above and beyond the call of duty. This is the most organized friendly group I have ever seen. Responsive to the utmost and professional and dedicated. The house was beautiful and spotless when they finished. 7 workers at one time - 9 to 4. I would recommend them with an A plus plus plus!

These guys were as top notch as they come. They really lived up to their reputation of being Neat Freaks. I honestly couldn't be more happy with the work they did. Their attention to detail was excellent. I even noticed them removing light fixture glass globes and polishing them. Everything had a nice shine and smell to it when they were done. All of the employees were polite and professional and seemed totally focused on what they were working on.
Bottom Line: My house went from being a wreck to showroom clean in two days, and I couldn't have done it without these guys. I couldn't find dust or dirt on anything when they left. Every messy or unorganized area I had was tidied up.

Stan and Glenda did an amazing job on my house. Hired them to clean our recently purchased home. The house was empty, so I requested they clean all surfaces (floors, counters, inside cabinets, toilets, sinks, shower, tub, windows, blinds and around the air vents). Although my initial reaction to their quote was higher than anticipated, their work was worth every penny. Stan was very helpful in demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and gave me useful information on which cleaning products to get for specific surfaces. I was very impressed with their overall service. I will be using them to clean my house from here on out! :D

The member and our crew agreed that the ducts needed to be cleaned for a variety of reasons. We arrived early on the job to set up the equipment and to discuss a travel path. With mold and mildew, you have to painstakingly take your time to dispose of the spores that cause the problems related to the mold. After seven hours of intense cleaning of the ducts; we were excited to show the member the results. Excellent service! Getting our house ready to sell. With their "Freaking Clean" service they cleaned my house from top to bottom including all crown molding, baseboards, shower, stove, carpet, wood floor, etc. They even cleaned behind the washer and dryer.
