I was at my son's house when Martin was replacing his unit. We told him our unit was making a funny noise and when he had a chance would he come by and check on it--no hurry it was working ok, just concerned. He shows up 3 days later and does all that work. told us we needed to plan on replacing the unit in the near future as the coils were wearing out. He could have told us it needed replacing now. He is very honest and reliable. Always shows up quickly in an emergency.
