pompt, courteous service. Advised us before the visit that there would be a $75 service charge. Had the nedded part on hand so all service completed on first call.

Great! He promptly returned our call and gave us an idea of what the problem might be. He arrived as scheduled that afternoon, identified the problem (a faulty circuit board), and corrected it.

It took most of the morning to remove the ice but John remained patient and friendly throughout the process. He was also honest with us that this may not be a long term solution but, as of now, we don't have to buy a new refrigerator.Please note that I don't remember exactly what date I called or he came but he was there the next morning.

Awesome experience and same day service. I called about 8:30 and he was at my house before lunch. Gave me a breakdown of what was wrong, had the parts with him and made the repairs. Reasonably priced service call at $65, just a little labor charge and didn't overcharge on parts. I had checked the prices on parts beforehand just to see if it was something that I could do.
All in all, a good experience and I would highly recommend him. I hope I don't have any more broken appliances, but if I do, I'll call him for sure!
