For the phone service and I will sit in my house and my phone doesn't ring and people are trying to call me. I called them and they said that they don’t see anything wrong with the line. For TV I get satellite form them. I call Comcast more that I call my sisters and brothers. I have to call them every month. They gave me new contract and took some of my channels.

TV Service - Cable
the television service from comcast is fair at best. Frequent freezing of video feeds, frequent pixelation and frequent loss of signal. when I attempted to call and see if anything can be done about the quality I was instructed that I had to drive to the location and swap out my set top box or have a service tech come to my house (at my expense!) and troubleshoot the problem. I chose to drive to the office and swap the box. This did fix the loss of signal issue but my video quality is still laughable and there is still some freezing of the video. I will probably cancel my TV service with them soon.
the internet service has been great, I haven't had any issues with that. It's reliable, fast and reasonably priced. The only thing I could comment on is that the tech who is sent to your house to set up your cable modem is most likely going to be absolutely clueless. You are better off purchasing your own modem online and calling the tech support group yourself because that's all the installer will do after he pretends he has typed on a keyboard before.
