These folks are professional, yet friendly;  Their work is quality.  If something is needed that you should be aware of, they will direct you to what is needed and make an explanation of why.  The car wash crew is held to high standards for getting the job done right.

It is a full service lube and filter change.  They will do minor maintenance on vehicles.  They are a full service car wash, they also will recondition leather seats.  They will fix glass.   The waiting room is comfortable.  They have a little cafe with coffee and pastries.  It  is a pretty neat place.  I get my oil changed.  They will recommend needed services, sometimes, they are a little excessive.  They have been fair and willing to work with the customers.  They are attentive.

got there about 9am and left about 10am.   Although it took an hour  there were several cars ahead of me.  I have used these people  for several years and have always been pleased.

Took over two hours for this to be completed.  The quality was not there as there were dirty spots on the outside of the vehicle and places inside that were not cleaned or vaccuumed.  The greeter that took the order was not professional and was very short with every customer.

"This customer's March 25, 2011 ticket included an oil change with a free wash. He paid 38.99 with two extra quarts of oil @ 4.00/qt. for a total with tax of 51.46. We have a policy to take care of our customers needs with a smile and to be as efficient as possible. If we miss our mark we will gladly take care of the situation if informed by the customer."
