Arbor Works Tree Service

She has had the lousiest service with them. They charged a cheap price for mom because she was elderly and on a set income. They came out and trimmed the trees, and they piled the limbs and put them in the ditch for mom. My mom found out, like the next day or like a week later that, if she didn’t have the limbs removed, the city would have fined her or had her arrested for piling limbs. Mom didn’t know that, and she got scared, and she had a friend of hers that ran a tree service to take them away. She filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau because the company is listed with them, but she never heard from them. It is like a small company with 3-4 guys working for this one guy. They do very sloppy work. They don’t clean anything up. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Their price is not too bad, but they just don’t do good work.

Tree was cut and hauled off as promised; however, after the yard was left in such a horrible state, I contacted Mr Book 3 times to ask him to fulfill his promise to return the yard to a reasonable estimation of its original form, but he refused to do so, stating that  " the job was finised as far as he was concerned".
      I have since contracted a stump grinder to remove the stump and it looks like my wife and I will have to clean and level the yard ourselves before the stump grinder comes so he can see the roots of the stump; my wife has back problems and is disabled; I have heart problems, but we can work slowly in the morning hours over several days and, Lord willing, get our yard back.  It is now the 22nd of August; this all started on August 1.
