I called and they went to work real fast because they knew we needed it fast. They worked real hard even though it was a holiday week end. It took a week to find the replacement pump. They were very helpful.

Rough in measuring was done without allowing for brick ledge which put all drains off which resulted in walls having to be moved. Main drain was put in on opposite side of house than on plans which means the natural drainage will not be used. Only ran 1 water line to kitchen island for sink and dishwasher so we had to trench concrete to add other line. this is just examples of problems, we finally had to fire them and find another plumber to come in and fix problems and finish job which ended up costing much more than it should. The owner sent young guys to do the job and never checked to make sure all was done right, when contacted either he was too busy or just didn't show up.

It started out horrible and only got worse. First, they did not put a drop in (a drain) that would of later helped out when they flooded two rooms. Out of 4 bathroom sinks only 1 did not leak, master shower head leaked and was crooked and had no hot water. Master bath did not work correctly and they stained the bath tub with purple cleaner (sloppy). The hot was cold and the cold was hot on the kitchen sink and they said they checked all the water valuves but did not because we had water leaking out of a wall. Just not what you would expect from a licensed plumber. In two words--EXTREMELY disappointed!!
