A+ Air and Heat

The in attic unit serving the bedrooms was poorly installed resulting in water condensing on the connection between the plentum to the attic installed air handler resulting in lots of water leaking on & damaging the sheetrock in two bedrooms. Contractor said he was responsible for damage and would send his repair man to replace the sheetrock, float, and paint the ceilings. They never called or showed up despite numerous calls to Adam Parks(contractor). After ~ 4 months I had the damage repaired because Adam Parks deleted my Telephone # from his cell phone. Adam Parks also did not register my units with the dealer or provide me with equipment manuals. I went to dealer and register them myself for warranty purposes.
