Timco Siding and Windows is a family company. The Son came out on site but kept referring me to the Father. They damaged a pipeline and we had to get another company in to fix it. The plumber told me that the Siding Company had hit a copper water line. The nail blocked the leak for three weeks so it was only when the nail rusted through that the water started to show. Timco Siding are not responding to our complaint. The Wife told me that she had no way to contact her Husband at the weekend.

"In response to the above review: Let it be known that the job was completed three weeks before the plumbing problem occurred. My son and I work as a team. He does most of the installation, while I'm primarily responsible for selling jobs; however, I am in the field helping him as well. If the customer had a plumbing problem as he or she stated, then it was not from our work. The customer called on Saturday, September 15th at 5:10 p.m. and spoke with my wife. The customer informed us that the individual looking at the leak said that we could have "possibly hit something". The customer rudely demanded to my wife that I come over immediately to re-install the siding that the plumber had taken off to repair the leak. I was not able to go out to the customer's location at that time as I was out of town and couldn't be reached. I am confident that we did not cause this damage for a couple reasons: First of all, we do not use nails - we use staples. Secondly, the staples we use are galvanized, so they don't ever rust. Lastly, we take extra care to assure that no internal plumbing or wires are affected during the installation of the siding. Having not heard back from the customer since the passing of the weekend, I assumed the plumber re-installed the siding himself. We did not hear of this matter again until an employee from Angie's List contacted us on December 20th, 2012. As with every job we complete, this job was done with the highest quality possible."

Tim and his son Dustan were very honest, prompt, professional, and organized. Dustan is extremely thorough and focused on his job; some of his gutter work could be a work of art! The work was done exactly as we had agreed. Working with Timco has been one of the best house-related projects I've ever undertaken.
I was told by a friend that I could leave these folks at my home while I went to work. That's trustworthy!!

I called these folks to come out and give me a price to put gutters across the front of my house. When I called I got a human being to talk to and not a recorder. He came right away and gave me a price for the job.He was very professional, very nice person, no pressure from him, he answered all of my questions and gave me all the info I wanted to know. When I called and gave him the job he setup a date with me to come and do the work, he was here on that day and that time , the two workers that came to do the job were very nice young men worked well, and were finished in one and half hours and everything was done just as it was said it would be. Young men very nice manners and friendly folks. I had a very good experience with this company and would call them again anytime to come back and work on my house. I highly recommend them, they have been in the business 27 years and licensed and bonded and insuranced.
