Very friendly;however, half way through the job, they starting using only one screw per board instead of two. Now the boards are starting to bow and pull away from the bottom. The 2 gates that were built are dragging the ground and twisting. They will not latch anymore.

After 3 weeks of our install date, they finally made it out.  Had two relatives who where under 16 come out with one adult to install the job.  One of the minors broke our gas line.  The easy way out was taken on our wooden fence that was built to hold in our dogs.   All boards were chopped to the same hight and lined up level along the line.  Unfortunately, this left 4 to 6 inch gaps under the fence, easily allowing our dogs to get out.  When this was addressed, we were told instead of fixing the fence, they would lay some dirt down in gaps.  (of course later we were told they would not, that they do not move dirt and did not quote us on it.  We were also threatened with a lean on our property if we withheld the remainder of payment.
They also installed our aluminum fencing and gate poorly.  It did not work after the first weekend, and after several calls and promises they never came back out to fix it.  We had to call the manufacturer to find other installers to come out and fix their work,
We were told we it was really poorly installed and the solar panel was inadequate, and the gate should have opened on the other side.  We also were sold the cheapest model despite our 10 k price, and were advised this was barley adequate and should have gotten the model that was only 100.00 more.
Three times we had to have another gate company come out to fix our system, and had to hard wire the gate as the solar system we were sold would not handle our gate.
I have run into the owner and voiced my displeasure, he did not care and seemed happy about taking our money and not honoring  his warranty.

They did not complete the job.  My driveway gate is now stuck in the open position and will not close.  I spoke with them last on April 29, 2015 and whatever materials were ordered via UPS did not show up because he said that UPS damaged the materials.  I emailed them in April, May, and June asking when the work would be completed and they have not responded.  I then called them in June to let them know if I did not hear back I would be leaving a negative review which they never responded.
