Excellent Job.

I called Theriot's on a Friday afternoon frantic because my central air conditioner wasn't blowing. Approximately 20 minutes later the owner called me to say he was on his way. We have always called Mr. Theriot when we had problems with our central units. He is extremely reliable, honest and his prices are more than reasonable. He made sure the unit was working before he left. It turned out my unit had froze up due to low freon. He charged the unit with freon and cleaned the ice from it. He is an A+ provider.

quick response time. good service as usual. we have used them multiple times in the past couple of years to fix minor problems like bad contacts etc. however today I noticed a wet spot. on the ceiling and went to look for myself in the attic and noticed all the insulation on the ac pipe has been ripped or torn off the same goes for the piping on the outside unit. I am disappointed that not once were we informed about this in the 4-5 times we have had them here over the years we have been using them.

My old unit was old and falling apart. I dealt directly with the owner of the company and he was knowledgeable about his work. He gave a very good estimate and he got someone out here pretty quickly.

In the morning we noticed A/C quit working. We called them and they were over promptly and diagnosed the problem. We had a new motor,the unit running, and more importantly cool air within 24 hrs. It only took this long because they had to get the motor from a supplier. Just want to note that about a month later we had a contact go bad on our air handling unit outside we called them again within half an hour one of their guys came out and fixed it and didn't charge us anything for that. Great company, they have a new loyal customer for life.

They knew what the problem was and they came right out and fixed it at no charge immediately. They are very quick and very knowledgeable. They are very experienced. We would most definitely use them again.

The new system was installed today. The men were on site at 7:00 A.M., just as they said they would be. They were efficient, prompt, courteous, and personable. I am 100% pleased with the new equipment and the installation. All debris was picked up and removed. I plan to sleep cool tonight!
