My experience with Robert Pearson Mechanical was excellent. Rhonda at the front desk was extremely responsive and professional and kept me updated on a daily basis. Robert and his daughter Beth (the techs) came at 11:25 AM, installed the new compressor in my LG fridge and were out in 45 minutes. It was all covered under warranty. The fridge started making ice in 4 hours! I am one satisfied customer.

The company responded right away to my very first phone call, and sent out a technician within hours of that call to fix the problem, problem was fixed the same day. could not have asked for better service. would definitely use them again Thanks!

My home warranty company (Old Republic) sent my work order to this "service provider". It took two days to get someone to my house to assess the situation. He told me that I had an "unrepairable leak in the evaporator coil", that he would have to order a new coil, and that it would take "a day or two". Over the ensuing ten days, I called their office multiple times to check on the progress of my repair. On the two occasions on which I actually got an answer (out of over a dozen attempted calls), I was told "the tech" would "call me right back". No such call ever came. Basically, I paid them $100 cash to come to my house and confirm that my A/C was, in fact, broken (which I was already very well aware of). How this company can still operate, after apparently doing this to so many other customers, is beyond me. AVOID these folks at all costs unless you hate your money and don't want your appliances fixed.

I scheduled this thru my homeowner's insurance company. They came out as scheduled and was on time.
It was determined that the main board was defective and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, it is not covered with my homeowners insurance, but I did not really care - I just wanted it fixed.
I called them directly on 2 occasions - the first time I spoke with a young lady that said she would research it and call me back. A week went by with no reply. I called again, this time I left a voice message - it has now been over 5 days and still no reply.
I'm going to contact another company that wants my business.

On 4/30/15 RP diagnosed that my oven need a new convection burner. They said they would order the part. Call a little over a week later since I had not heard back from them and was told they had ordered the part and were waiting for it to arrive. RP said they would call to schedule install when it arrived. Since then (it is now 5/22/15) I have heard nothing back from them despite leaving multiple messages. Whenever I call all I get is the VM. AVOID, UNRELIABLE.

Mr Pearson was able to order the parts needed, and once the parts arrived, he repaired my LG dishwasher very quickly. Very friendly and professional with a fair price.
