Comfort Control Heating & Air is locally owned & operated in Livingston Parish since 2001. Our office staff is available from 8 AM - 4:30 PM but to ensure you and your family's comfort, we provide service to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every person I have had contact with at this company is customer oriented, and knows their stuff.
The main thing is I trust them to do it right for a fair price. That is so important, and they definitely get the highest rating for this.
I recently had a problem. They came out promptly and the serviceman was excellent in communicating the problem and costs of repair. The office staff has always been excellent in dealing with them for installing and now for servicing.

As a homeowner myself, I understand how unexpected repairs can add up quickly and become very costly. Fortunately we do offer annual service agreements which helps to prolong the life of your HVAC equipment. As part of the service agreement, we come out annually and service and clean your heating and cooling equipment as well as performing a complete inspection. This can help to find minor issues that need to be addressed before they become major problems down the road.
