We have about a half acre lot and I've got a lot of flower beds and things like that. He didn't maintain the flower beds, but he cut the grass, and there are a lot of stones all over my yard. He first of all did a good job. I've had people that would try to come and cut the grass and throw their clippings up into my flower beds, but he is very particular and very courteous. He always shows up on time. In the fall, when you don't have your grass cut as much, he would come by and just check, not necessarily check with us because we told him to do it when he thought it need to be done. He is a really good person to have around, very friendly, not overtly friendly or anything but just very polite and does his job.
