On a Friday evening in August, the central air conditioner in our home went out. I expected the worst. I thought we'd have to replace our unit. It's at least 12 years old. On Saturday morning, we called and two technicians were at our house within an hour. They check it out and found that we just needed a part replaced (the capacitor). They replaced the part, cleaned the outside part of the unit and gave us some good advise on maintenance. All this for $120.00 and they were finished in less than an hour. We were so relieved that we didn't need to spend thousands on a new a/c.
