They are okay. I have cable and internet bundled and that is probably $135 a month. The cable, I still say a B because the price is a little high. The quality has been fine. I haven't had any issue for them to come out. I haven't had to call them. I don't feel like changing.

The internet I would give a B because I do have times where it is slow or cannot get on. The price is okay. It is usually resolved over the phone. Probably a B also, because sometimes it may take a day.

The technicians were great, the customer service not so much. Had to call them multiple times before they finally scheduled an appointment for my service activation and I still didn't get everything that I asked for. Since they are the only cable providers in my area I would use them again if I happen to move to a new house in this area.

installed and buried cable for internet service. took about one month for them to bury cable. i'm pretty certain it is wrapped in conduit under ground. good quality. rarely drops a signal. also, rarely have to reset the modem. would use them again. this is better than DSL any day.
