Premier Fence

On the day of the install the owner collected the balance due while his crew was still installing so that he could "pay his crew". He left and the crew had problems with the install. They had to order parts and they were installed about a week later. The wiring across the drive from gate to gate was supposed to be covered. After contacting the owner several times over about a month he finally "supposedly" sent someone out to complete the job then called and said that the material that he had wouldn't last. He then installed an aluminum channel and charged me another $180.00 for "materials". Don't know what happened to "cover included" the opener was quoted as heavy duty, double solar panels with heavy duty electrical box none of which he supplied but charged for. In November I started having problems with the gates staying either opened or closed, one gate opening or none at all. I have been contacting the owner Billy Knott for months with no results. I would not recommend Premier Fence to an enemy. Very unprofessional, doesn't care about the customer. Very dissatisfied and sick that I trusted him and gave him so much money for nothing. Going to have to look for a reputable business to clean up Premiers work.
