Matthieu's Waterwell Drilling

Called Ronnie because my son knew him socially.  My water well that I use to water 7 large flower beds, wash cars and anything else that I did not want to use city water because of the cost had stopped working.  Called Ronnie and he returned the call in 1 hour.  Said he was finishing up a job and would stop by to talk with me about my well.  We discussed the pros and cons of repairs, the price range for the best and worse case scenarios. He said he would attempt to pull the well by hand instead of bringing in the heavy stuff and this would save me some money. My well is in a 4X8 building and we would have to cut a hole in the roof and then have that repaired.   Told him I would think about it and how much did I owe him for stopping by.  He said he was in the area anyway and didn't want to charge me. 
Called him the next morning as he was finishing up another job and he showed up in about 2 hours.  He attempted to get the well working without pulling it but that did not work.  They were able to do the work without the heavy equipment which but put a lot of additional work on him and his helper.  When I got back home from a business lunch they were finishing up.  He showed me the part that had to be replaced and explained what had happened to it and why it had to be replaced.  While there he was attempting to clean another part on the electrical part of the pump and said it may or may not work much longer but whether to replace it was my choice.  He had the part needed on his truck and replaced it for the cost of the part $25.  They cleaned up everything and left me very happy.  Price was in range with what he quoted.
