Mr. Horne showed up at my vacant lot within 3 hours of my telephoning him to get a bid to perform the work. He was not the low bid, but he was very competitive and I felt more comfortable with him that the low bidder. Showed up promptly on the agreed upon date to initiate the work and finished it that day. No issues in getting the fence pulled up, even in areas where two water oak tree stumps were growing through the fence. Had a small bobcat and had a little difficulty in getting some of the small stumps out, but he worked at it and was eventually successful. Did a better job cleaning up the remnant trash than I thought possible.
