We've hired friends and acquaintances for pet sitting in the past, but now that one cat is diabetic, we needed someone who could give him his injections. Hannah is a true find! She is a veterinary technician, so not only could she give him his injections, I knew that she would notice any changes in behavior that would warrant a visit to the vet. She was prompt and responsive and very professional. It's clear that she loves animals, but is not sentimental about them.
The pet feeding area was possibly cleaner than when we got home than when we left! The canned food bowls were in the sink with soapy water them, ready for a quick clean and their next feeding. The litter box was clean and refilled. More than once on the trip I remarked to my husband that "This is why you hire a professional." Yet her rates are the same as those charged by pet sitters without any of her qualifications.

After first contact, we set up a time for her for a meet and greet. The pets responded to her immediately. She is a Vet Tech and handles them well. We filled out a form for each of the pets, including vet information should there ever be a problem, and she took time to meet each of them. We set her up with an alarm code and a key, reviewed what was expected from one another and we were set to go. The first time she sat for us, I thought I could finally relax. I can leave a note with anything new or special (frosty paws to be given for a birthday or holiday) and it is done...with pictures too! She came highly recommended to me through a friend who uses The Pet Nanny (who did not go out to my area). When I talked to my vet about it, not only did my vet give a thumbs up but said that my babies would be seriously spoiled.
Very reasonably priced. She has a key so I don't have to wait for her to get there or her to wait on me to return...which is very nice. She can even schedule to pick up your furries to go to the vet for you. I come home and while I know my pets missed me, they aren't all crazy pent up with energy. She truly does a fantastic job!
