After troubleshooting the problem, he contacted the Bosch people (they handle Siemens equipment in America). They advised him that the problem could only be resolved with a new motor. He ordered it and installed it, only it still wouldn't work. At that point, Bosch said it needed a new electronic data control board (which had been replaced 2 years earlier). Ben, being the person of character that he is, suggested that I get a new dryer and a new washer (the Siemens washer was having problems too), as the cost of repairs did not make economic sense to repair the 10 year old set. Ben runs his business on referrals. I will vouch for his skill, service and professionalism.
