It went very well.  Apparently the half bath is too close to the unit in the attic, and the air flow was totally bypassing this bathroom.  Shawn recommended adding some duct work that would help deflect some of the flow into the bathroom.  Also, he helped to balance other areas of the house and checked for airflow as well.  He was very professional and explained how he wanted to fix the problem every step of the way.  I will definitely use Air Flo for all of my heating and cooling needs.  Shawn also checked out the unit outside to make sure it was working as expected.

These gentlemen always respond very promptly, they charge very reasonably, they are always extremely courteous and caring, they are efficient, and they will work tirelessly until they find and correct the problem. Had a wonderful experience. He came out right away. I expected a very costly repair and was very happily surprised. He was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond. After he finished the repair(which took very little time) he got a hose out of his truck to clean the unit out. Could not have asked for a better experience. I will never deal with anyone else for my AC needs. Highly recommend.

Two men arrived on time, very neat appearance, one we needed inside. The other outside picked up very neatly.
