Very reasonable. Wonderful builder. Quality work. Excellent carpenter and cabinet builder. Wonderful person. His workers are friendly and compassionate. Excellent craftsmanship. He gives you what you want. Nothing short of what he tells you he is going to do. He doesn't shortcut on anything.
