They were very professional, on time and came with all tools necessary to complete the job. The wood floors are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. The repair to the carpet took all o 5 minutes and it's been like new since. The cleaning was done by very professional young men who took their time and completed the job with care. Many times they would ask what a certain spot might be so they could clean appropriately. I was very pleased with the services provided and would not hesitate to call upon them again for any flooring needs in the future.
