Frustrating for me in South LA with no AC in September, but they worked to get the job done as soon as possible. I appreciated their dedication and they were professional all the way. Aand G did not install the unit, therefore they had to order parts and it took almost a week (understandable). Came out on Saturday morning to complete the job and now I'm good to go!!

They were extremely punctual, professional...I was very impressed with the work they did. They came on the same day I called and they were able to fix it all the same day and it was less expensive than I expected. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Due to an office snafu, the tech was late for the first appointment and I had to leave. They were very apologetic about it, and I received a follow up call from a Steve, a senior tech, who offered to come out any day that worked for me.
Steve and Jonathon came out on Memorial Day first thing, and serviced both units. I have some experience with HVAC from work, and I was very pleased with the quality of their service, their knowledge, and especially their courtesy. They cleaned the coils, inspected the equipment, pulled filters and replaced a contactor and a capacitor. They showed me the results of their inspection and I concurred: the contactor was bad and could possibly cause the unit to run continuously.
I purchased an annual service agreement that covered multiple visits per year, for a 3 ton and a 2 ton unit, and I think they did their very best to give real service and value during their visit. Very pleased and am glad that I contacted them (based on another rating from Angie's List)

Phil (the technician) and his understudy came out the same day and quickly troubleshot the problem. They had common spares on their truck and seemed to be pretty well outfitted with commonly replaced parts and knew how to troubleshoot effectively. They had me up and running very quickly and took time to talk shop with me so that I understood everything. I don't know if the ladders on the trucks the tech's drive are purchased by the company or are the driver's responsibility but A and G might consider aluminum ladders for the field guys. Just an observation (in case they should read this). It seemed as if they were in and out (less than an hour of time on site) and was not over charged. I was so grateful I had my young son bring them a soda from the fridge. I have small children and a pregnant wife at home so no air conditioning is not an option given the time of year. Thanks for taking care of me guys! I appreciate it.
