Owner Eric Kipker cleared out a clogged drain line that was causing condensate to leak through the eaves of my house. He returned two days later to replace the damaged drip pan underneath the unit. He also provided a reasonable estimate for some new duct work we plan to install at a later date. Mr. Kipker's rates are very affordable, and he says his labor is guaranteed. He is extremely courteous and professional.
