Four visits were required to determine that there was a problem. Some of there service personnel appear to be quite qualified and some are not. Overall I am satisfied with the finished job just not the process.

BOUGHT A REPO HOME AND AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME NOTICED TWO OF THE BEDROOMS WOULD NOT WARM UP OR COOL OFF. CALLED WING'S TO CHECK OUT SYSTEM AND THEY FOUND THAT THE DUCT;S GOING TO THOSE TWO ROOMS WERE TOO SMALL AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WITH LARGER DUCTS..SET UP A DAY AND TIME TO REPLACE BOTH DUCTS. THEY REPLACED THE OLD DUCTS AND REMOVED AND HAULED THE OLD DUCTS AWAY. BOTH ROOMS COOL AND HEAT VERY NICELY NOW
