They came out one time, and I was satisfied with what they did. I was very pleased. They sent out a crew out here, and they got right to work, and didn't fool around. Their crew worked well together. The quality of work was very good, everything was done to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable, and they were very professional.

Everything was extremely neat when I arrived at home. I did not have to tell them to do ANYTHING. They knew what to do. I prefer it that way. It's the first time I have hired someone to do my home. They will be doing my home regularly and are competitively priced with other services. They were at my home for about 3 and a half hours. They will also be pressure washing my home.

They came and looked before hand so I could show them spots that I needed out and they assured me that they could get them out. However, they could not get the spots out. The hall looks like they weren't even there. It is disgusting, the job they did. I have called them two days in a row and they will not even call me back. They didn't move any furniture at all. I just want them to come back and do the job that I paid for or give me my money back.

It went well. They were on time, courteous, professional. Brought their own products and equipment. No time wasters. What I like most was they did only what you explained what you want done.

They are thorough, trustworthy and flexible.

The Cleaning Connection Plus did a good job cleaning my carpets. Some stains have been there so long, they couldn't completely clean them up, but they did a very good job. They were clean and didn't make any stains. They're coming back within the next month or two to clean the carpets. They're very, very good. They're very friendly. They're quick, but they're very thorough.

On May 11, 2011 The Cleaning Connection came to my house to clean. They were to take 4 hours to clean the specified rooms and so instead of staying around (which I now regret) I left for the afternoon so that they could complete the job. When I returned to the house I was looking around at the job they completed to see how well they did and in the kitchen I noticed immediately the handles to my stainless steel refrigerator had some sort of film and streaks on them, I tried to wipe them off but the streaks would not come off. I did not want to try too much because I was afraid of ruining them so I decided to just call the company and see if they could figure out what could remove the stains. I called on May 13 and spoke with Heidi about the situation, she stated she was aware of the door handles but had to talk with her spouse about the issue I explained that I was more than willing for them to come by on that day to view the door handles and try to remove the stains. She did not return my phone call so on Monday I called back and spoke with Heidi again, she explained that she had spoken with her spouse and the worker who cleaned the kitchen and both stated that they saw the stains but the worker stated that it was already there that she did not use anything on the handles. Heidi then stated that they tried to remove but could not; I was very upset at this point because this refrigerator is less than 2 years old and I knew for a fact that the handles did not have anything remotely close to the horrible streaks and stains that were now all over the handles. I then requested for them both to come by and see the handles so an appointment was made to meet on May 18 at 12:00pm. Both Heidi and her husband came by they looked at the handles, took pictures, and tried to clean them but the stains remained. I then pointed out that whatever they used on my stovetop and ovens must have been the same thing as what they used on the refrigerator because the streaks/stains were exactly the same and I explained the stovetop and ovens were probably about 30 years old and I know were not very clean and now where much cleaner than ever before but had the same streaks/stains as the handles. So whatever was used to make those clean must have “accidentally” been used on the handles. They were adamant that this could not be because they do not use any of the same clothes on the appliances and do not use anything harsh. But it is interesting the SAME streaks were on the stove and oven as were on the refrigerator handles. They even accused me of just wanting a new refrigerator out of them..........the one had was new and less than two years old.

She stated that she would consult with an appliance representative and see what could be done and then would call me back. She never called me back, on May 19th, May 23rd, I called and left messages and my phone calls were never returned. Finally on June 3, 2011 I called and actually spoke with Heidi she stated that her appliance representative had not gotten back with her but that she was going to see him in person that day and would call me back that afternoon with some answers. Again, never received a phone call, so I called again on Monday June 6th, June 7th (did not leave a message), June 8th, and then June 10th. As of yet not one of my phone calls concerning this situation has ever been returned. This is quite frustrating and upsetting and every time I go to my refrigerator I get even more upset and frustrated. I have been quite patience with this company and given them plenty of opportunities to correct this but all I have gotten is empty words of “we will correct this” “this has never happened before but we will make sure and fix it” but I have seen nothing. I would never recommend using this company, they talk of honesty and integrity and yet I have seen none. If they would have tried even just a little bit harder to fix this and worked with me I would not be writing this letter. It makes me angry when people try to say their word is good and they always fix errors and that this never happens to them and they are an honest company and you want to believe them but they just disappoint.

Never used a cleaning service prior to this. Very friendly and concerned about doing a good job.

The husband and wife team introduced themselves. My husband and I was nervous about having strangers in our house but their appearance was professional and non threatening. Heidi asked for a tour of what we wanted cleaned and took notes. They are experienced, I told them we have tinted windows, they already knew they couldn't be cleaned with Windex. They accomplished everything we asked for within the 2hrs we hired them for. The work is professional and we would hire them again.

Great experience! Cleaning was performed by a very professional couple.
Heidi handled the phone calls and scheduling. She returned my calls promptly, scheduled the cleaning, quoted an accurate price, and called again to confirm the appointment before coming.
Heidi and Cody arrived on time and were fully prepared with cleaning equipment and chemicals. They performed a pre-clean walk-through with me and confirmed all areas to be cleaned. They worked diligently the entire time. They took one 10 minute break to eat and checked in with me before taking the break.
They worked for 4 hours, from 10am-2pm. Upon completion we did an inspection walk-through. Heidi provided a receipt with their contact information, services performed, and final cost. She also gave us a 5% military discount.
The cleaning job was great and I am totally happy with their services! I would definitely hire them again.

I found them on this site and immediately contacted them to see if they were available for our move in date. I had alot of specific questions as this being our first time to hire a cleaning company. They responded to my email promptly the next morning. We communicated over the next two weeks and I got a response if not immediately, first thing the next morning. They were very punctual and showed up at the exact time I needed them there. They were very friendly and did everything my husband asked. We were able to do our own thing and even were able to have conversations with them as they worked. We highly reccomend this couple for all your cleaning needs, it is worth every penny if you have a house you want to be sparkly clean.

They did a good job. There were on time & the final price was the one we agreed on. They did a good job on the deep cleaning.

Heidi & Scott were fantastic! My family was moving out of a rental house that needed to be left in move in condition. They exceeded my expectations. I think the rental property was in better condition then when we moved into the house. When we went through the rental with Heidi & Scott and told them what we wanted done they gave us an estimated time and hourly rate. They finished in the time that was givin and did fantastic cleaning from to bathrooms, baseboards,windows, blinds, walls, deep cleaning a stove, refrigerator, and also moved and cleaned behind each appliance including washer and dryer. Needless to say I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The Cleaning Connection Plus is not like any other cleaning service around here-I don't think I can name names but I HAVE used all of the local cleaning businesses and for a while just had one lady-But she got to comfortable and I think it is to much for one person and I also feel better having an insured business in my home and office. I had the deep spring cleaning done for there first visit at my home, office and daughters home. The price was not bad, more then I had expected but the work done was well worth it. From ceiling to floor, every corner of my home was spotless! I was so impressed I really teared up I hadn't seen my home this clean since I first built it. The feeling was wonderful-There bi/weekly price was affordable and I was MORE then happy to pay them! The owners we're there for the first few cleanings doing the work with a 2 employees and follow up work I see the same 2 employees every time! The owners always check on the employees and call or e-mail me to make sure I am happy. I can't say enough great things about Cleaning Connection. The owners (husband and wife) have a great business, and really run it above and beyond any other business I have ever used.
I have them do all of my cleaning, pressure washing, handy man, carpet cleaning and they have even painted for me! I love having one company do most all of the work I need done, there resumes are endless! Thank you The Cleaning Connection Plus!

The staff was prompt, VERY professional, stayed busy the entire time, did an excellent job. The only reason I won't be able to use them more often is the cost -- not that it's not worth it, just that it's not affordable for me to use them on a frequent basis.

My experience with them was great! A crew of four arrived, and spent four hours cleaning. They did a terrific job! They dusted every single area in my home, including blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. I think they are trustworthy, and I would totally trust them alone in my home. I don't think there is anyone else out there who would match their quality of work.

They do excellent work. I would highly recommend them to others! They really and truly want to please their customers. If I ever have problem, I can email Heidi and she'll take care of it right away.

THE GENERAL CLEANING INCLUDES CEILING TO FLOOR CLEANING, BATHROOMS, KITCHEN. THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE COMPANY LEAVES NOTHING UNDONE. I WAS AND AM EXTREMELY PLEASED AND HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

It was a great experience. They are very professional and I was very comfortable with them in my home. When they come the next time I will probably not be home as I am that comfortable with them in my home. That will make this an enjoyable experience.. Their address has changed. I called them after reading about their $99 dollar spring cleaning special and was informed that there were no strings attached to this offer. I was suspicious as the sale seemed a little too good to be true as it included a long list of cleaning they would do for this amount. They offered to come out and look over the home free and explain what I would get. They arrived on April 5th at the agreed upon time and went over every aspect of the service I would receive under this special. They were extremely kind people and seemed very willing to accommodate my requests. I decided to give them a try and we scheduled the work the following day. They arrived on time and ready to go! They began working as soon as they entered the house, there was no 'non sense' with this crew as I have experienced with other cleaning services. They finished a half hour ahead of their approximate time and the work was great! My kitchen sparkled and try as I might I could not find any dust in the living room, I even checked the top shelf of a 7' entertainment center! The job was amazing for so little money. I am use to paying twice that amount so I am very pleased and will have them back.
