We had experienced a number of outages on our home computers managed by Suddenlink. Our home phone (also managed by Suddenlink) had also experienced periodic difficulties (especially periods of no dial tone being present). We thought these had been caused by weather, but the outages continued even when the weather was good. Finally, we called Suddenlink to notify them of our problems. They sent a technician who was able to finally solve the problem. He examined the wiring from the cable box to our computers in our home, and made some adjustments. Whatever he did fixed the ongoing problems. The man was professional, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. Well done!!
