The repair process went fine. Mangrum inspected, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed, returned with new
part, installed and recharged with freon. They were prompt and professional.

Mangrum indicated that he would not be available until Wednesday morning, 6/27/12. Agreed to that, and took Wednesday off from work to get this issue rectified. After no show, no call by 10AM, called again to make sure he was still coming. No answer, so left yet another message. As of this morning, Thursday, 6/28/12, still no sign of him, no call back about why he failed to even show up yesterday. Nothing worse than a contractor who causes you to miss a day of work, and does not even have the courtesy to call you back with even a lame excuse of why he blew you off! Will not bother to call him again, and suggest that you do not either.

I contacted Kevin based on the good reports and he was able to accommodate us the same day. He was professional and courteous and was able to resolve the problem that day.

Upon arrival, he checked the unit over and found that a computer panel had burned, then found a faulty electrical switch. We contacted our electrician and Kevin subsequently talked with him about the issue. Our electrician came out, fixed the electrical problem and Kevin then finished up his repair on the heater. Everything took about 2.5 hours. Great service and we will definitely be using him again!
