Lorri was very nice. From our first meeting until the day I picked up my pictures from her. She bent over backwards to be sure I was pleased with my pictures. During the bridal shoot I asked her if we could do something and she replied "of course Jena, we can do whatever you want! These are your pictures and I want you to love them everytime you look at them." This was her attitude for everything. She was always on time and kept me posted on the progress of my pictures and what stages they were in. Anytime I had a question she was willing to spend as much time as I needed. My proofs were online in the time she said and once I ordered it didn't take long to get my pictures. She is willing to add or switch things around in her packages. I have already sent her 2 of my friends who have booked wedding with her for 2011. I will definately use her again for pictures of my husband and when the time comes for baby pictures!
