I had to wait a week to get my van into the shop since two of the mechanics were on vacation. However when I brought it in at 8:00 AM they had it ready at 10:00 AM. The labor was much cheaper than at the Toyota dealer and Clyde's did not give me a laundry list of things I "should" do on the van as they do at the dealer"s.
