+ -1 moreThe first few months I had service they messed up my bill charging me $65.00 and did not pick up my trash! They said I was behind 4 months of payments- Well I pulled all four months of bank statements and went into the office-They of course accepted all 4 months payments and never credited my account! So they "fixed" the issue and I demanded them to pick up my trash that day since they did not. The following 2 months went by and my bill was up again... SAME ISSUE!! And they charged me $15.00 in late fees and I have auto draft?!?! Oh and they can't take off the late fees until I pay for them and they will refund me!!! What kind of Ghetto trash service did we get stuck with!! I can't for waste management to come my way!!
