C grad is for Angie's list and not Acadian Appliance. Not sure if Angie's list is working properly I never got a call on work requested for my washer and tried to schedule some more repairs on my driveway and received an email asking me to call Angie's list but they put you on hold and never answer.

Excellent prompt service. Addressed issue same day. Showed up on time. Did not try to up sell and in fact discouraged additional work that I requested because it would not have been beneficial.

Determine part needed. Ordered part. Installed part. Very happy with service from start to finish!

My washer stopped working and I was afraid I was going to have to replace it. I called Acadian Appliance on a Monday and they were here Tuesday morning. They called as promised when they were on their way. They were very professional and had the washer working again in an hour. The cost was $78, far less than having to replace the washer. I highly recomend this company.

My fridge (BTW, I so regret buying this LG fridge) was making a bad sound & not cooling. I tried emptying it & unplugging it for a few hours. After plugging it back up it seemed to start cooling, but there was still a sound, just not as bad. I called & left a msg w Bryan on Sunday asking him to call me. I described the issue & told him that I accidentally left the freezer drawer ajar on Saturday night & upon waking Sunday it was making a bad noise/not cooling. He asked how long I left it unplugged. He told me that for a fridge to properly thaw the doors would need to be left open/fridge unplugged for about 12 hrs. I told him that if it didn't work I would have him come out. He assured me that it would work. AND IT DID! HANDS DOWN, I WILL CALL THIS BUSINESS FOR EVERY APPLIANCE ISSUE I HAVE IN THE FUTURE & WILL TELL OTHERS TO USE THEM AS WELL!!!!

They came to evaluate.  They ordered the part.  They were coming to fix it 3 x but I had to cancel their appointment due to a sick family member in the hospital out of state.  They were very understanding about that.

He answered my phone call right away. I asked him to call me when he was on his way so I could meet him there. He did exactly what I asked. He was prompt and courteous.

He was able to come the same day I called, which I did not expect.  Called when he was on his way, which I consider a MUST for all service providers.  Bryant & Blain got right to work, and were very nice.  The safety switch in my very, very old washing machine had broken, so they got the machine working agin in very little time.  I mentioned I had an automatic ice maker in my freezer than hadn't worked in years.  He placed at it, knew the problem, and installed a new one right away.  The price was very reasonable.  I own rental properties and have, over the years, gone through lots and lots of unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest service providers.  When I find one I like, they go into our permanent list of go-to venders.  Acadian Appliance is definitely on that list now!  I only wish he would make a call to Baton Rouge for one of my rental properties.  But I guess you can't have everything.  Very pleased, and will call if we ever need anything again.  Would highly recommend these find gentlemen to others, for sure.

Bryan returned my inital call within a few minutes and scheduled a same day appointment. He called before he came, just like he said he would, and was very professional. He and his son were very knowledgeable and offered good, honest advice regarding the cost of repairing an older machine. Would absolutely recommend to friends and will use again if needed.

My refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Bryan to take a look at it. Another client had rescheduled, so he was able to come out the same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the new part (had one in his truck), and the refrigerator was running again. Highly recommend him. Very pleasant and professional.

A refrigerator in one of my rental properties was damaged during a flood.  I called Bryan to diagnose the problem.  He was in the neighborhood and was able to go over right away.  
He indicated that the water had damaged the electronic circuit board and it needed to be replaced.  He ordered the part and was able to make the repair within a few days.  The house was vacant at the time and Bryan was able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs without me having to meet him at the property, which I really appreciated.  I would definitely hire him again.

Very Pleasant and Efficient. Was going to order some parts and repair, but never called or returned to make the repair.

They showed up on time. Found that the basket and seal was defective and fixed the problem. Looked over the rest of the plumbing under my sink and found a few other problems in the piping and fixed that as well. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

A tenant called and said the freezer was freezing and defrosting. I called Ideal Appliance Parts in Baton Rouge to get a recommendation of someone to repair the refrigerator.  They gave me a name- I called and had the service man go to the location.  Unfortunately, after spending over $150, the refrigerator was still not repaired!.  That's when I found Acadian Appliance Service and Bryan.  I called and told him the situation.  We made the appointment. He came on time and determined that the previous repairman did not diagnose the problem correctly.  He fixed the refrigerator-which needed freon and said if it did it again within 7 months we would either have to replace the evaporator coil or get a new refrigerator.
I really think Bryan is very professional and has a lot of experience with appliance repair.

I talked with Bryan and scheduled an appointment.  He arrived at the time he had told me.  He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly.  He replaced a thermostat and relay. I did not meet him at the property since the dryer was located in a 4 plex.
I felt very confident in his work and his professionalism.
