Concrete Foundation Repair
They did good work in the beginning. But getting them back to do warranty work has been difficult. They gave us a date months out. Then they gave us another date months out. Now we haven't been able to close one of our outside doors without lifting it up for 2 months, and the date to come back is still 3 months away.

Charles was good to his word in coming personally to over see warranty work and make things right with us. He was also kept us informed with changing of dates because of weather. We are pleased. We realize that he previously was dealing with some very tough health issues and could not physically oversee his crews as he needed to be.

Not quite satisfied; called them back and I told they would be back in next week; then I were told that I were put on schedule for some time in March. By-the- way I have called at 7 or 8 time. I thought the first one that came out was A-1 because he gave a veteran discount and about $4,000. cheaper is why I gave them the job.I am 77 and on SS do not have much to play with. (On 11/25 We have had a good talk a date of Dec. 5. Men usually always good pos. aspect about any situation if all are on the same note.)

Charles came behind another contractors work and did great job of getting the project done correctly. I would recommend calling him first after the failure I experienced with another contractor.

I will never use this company again. They do not return calls. They do not work together. They disrespect each other. They told me the crew would arrive at 6:30 a.m. They arrived at 8. They had no idea what work they were to perform. They said, "He is just a salesman. I don't pay no "tantion" to him." They did not call me to let me know they are on the way. They had to replace 2 sections of sidewalk (with no framing). The next day it rained and the ground caved in on the side of both sections. My neighbor's blind Boston Terrier fell in the hole. Five days later they came by without calling when I was sleeping and filled in the cave-ins. The next time it rained it caved in again. I paid someone else to fill in again. I have no idea why I am having cave-ins or how to resolve it. Lifetime warranty? Just words. I am in worse shape than before. So, no, I cannot recommend Level Home.

"We?ve had the second most amount of rainfall since record keeping has begun. That is why the ground sinks in. We did come by and fill the holes in that it created. That?s not caused from us that?s the rain however we try the best we can to resolve issues. The morning we got there a little late was due to a traffic accident that had our crew sitting in traffic for 2 hours. I always answer my phone and haven?t received a phone call about this. This was the best contractor experience I have ever had. Charles was knowledgable and explained the procedure in detail so I could understand. They were quick to respond for an estimate and the job was equally quick. The company has Christian values and do exactly what they say they will do. This is a company I would recommend to anyone.

Charles Eason and his local family owned business are the best professionals in the field. Not only did he beat anyone else with the lowest price, Level Home was the only company providing a lifetime warranty on the foundation repair work my brick house required prior to selling and the warranty transferred to the new owners!!! The crew did a fantastic job! I was amazed at the quality of their work and by the amount of work performed in only 2 days. They even came back and did touch up on the dirt work after it had rained. If you need any work done don't waste your time getting other quotes like I did. Level Home Foundation Repair cannot be beat

Project : Raise a Concrete Foundation An exceptional company! The owner came a day early to give me an estimate. They started when they said they would and in some serious heat! Made sure the inside of the house was leveling while jacking up the house. Did twice the work for half the price that was done on my father and stepmothers home. I would highly recommend this company and already have.

I live out of state and needed some fountain repaired made. The family owned business was quick and reasonably priced. They work with me on the payment process. My tent has not had any issues since the repairs were made

Concrete Foundation Repair
Mr. Eason did everything he said he would do and then some. I had bad luck with another company a couple of years ago that did not do the job right and would only honor the warranty if I paid for the labor and they charged twice what Mr. Eason did. Thanks so much Mr. Eason for being a man of your word!!! They also installed French Drains in front and on the side of my house that took care of my standing water during heavy rains!!

I am a 1st time buyer and needed a foundation repair quote for the loan officer to complete the purchase of the home. I looked on home advisor, within half a day of putting the request on the site I had received calls from both the owner and main foreman, despite the time of year and how busy they were they came to my town 1.5 hours away for a quote the VERY next day! The quote was very reasonable and the foreman assured me it was a day's worth of work only! not only that but they are going to quote me for my other needed repairs having to do with electrical and general handy work! very nice professional workers and in this day and age when large corporations are taking over it's refreshing to find a family owned/operating company with good values! I'm happy to hire this company and help a man support his family especially when they are SO nice! I'm sure after the work I'll leave another good review!

I had some problems with work, but they came back and addressed my problems. This is a great company, not only did they do a good job but they also gave me a military discount. I would recommend this company to others. I'm sorry I gave them a bad review. They did not deserve it. The reason is we did not call and let them know that we were not happy with their work. When they found out they came the next day and fixed the problems.
