Nice friendly guy, came when he said he would, called in advance to give an ETA, did the repair* and charged a very reasonable fee. *Garage door had jumped the off its tracks and was inoperable - it had been installed incorrectly (by someone else) in the first place. A-1 guy diagnosed the problem and fixed it up. Works perfectly now.
