I could not be there at the time he was to come so I left the garage open. He came, fixed everything, tuned up the door and left everything working better than before. He quoted me a price and he stuck to the quote.

To date, have been very satisfied with the work.  It looks nice, Steve was willing to work with me when i wanted to do something "differently."  He worked around my schedule and was very flexible.  I have no complaints.  I would probably change a few minor details if i were to do it again, but nothing that is major.

They were on time, did the job in a few minutes.

Cancelled two appointments due to his truck being broken down.  He always called in plenty of time so I did not have to sit here and wait on him.  The third time he was here about 15 minutes early, went to work and got the job done efficiently.  He explained the operation of the opener.  I | was very pleased with the final result

Steve was a nice hard-working guy!  He was detailed, and his price was reasonable.  His price was $500 cheaper than the other companies around here, but the work was great! We highly recommend him!

He was able to show up the next day to complete the repair. He called ahead of time and even waited in the driveway for me to get home from work. He was no nonsense and just completed the repair. The work was done fast and well. I would recommend him. I had previously called DoorTech but they couldn't get me scheduled for 4 days even when I told them my garage door was stuck half open.

Steve was almost uncannily quick to reply to an inquiry, and he came to the house within two hours to give a free estimate.  He said he'd be back three days later to install the doors.  That first day, however, something had come up and he was only able to prep the openings.  The next day, however, he finished the job by around 5pm.  He programmed the remotes, demonstrated the doors, and cleaned up most of his stuff.
We were really impressed with Steve, as he seems like a very nice guy and a hard worker.  The only reason this is a B instead of an A is that we had to sweep up the leftover work debris ourselves, including brick and concrete chunks left over from preparing the door openings and various bolts and screws that really could have done a number on our tires.  This is something I would hope a contractor would offer to do, or would simply do as part of the job.
Overall, I would heartily recommend A-1 and Steve.  His work was fast and precise, and he was easy to work with.
