The sales lady was very nice. She was punctual, she arrived on time and took the measurements for us for accuracy, to make sure they knew the room dimensions, and when it was finished she was able to check. And she also made sure that the carpets, that we wanted were in stock. They ordered it, gave us a day and had the workmen come out to the house and change up the carpets for us.They were very helpful and everything was timely.
