Had two bad experiences. I have a very nervous dog that gets very excited at the vets. One vet came into the room like a bull in a china shop and scared the dog. Then, he proceeded to have the assistant wrap the lease around the dog's head even though it had a muzzle on. In order to keep the dog calmer the next time, I asked for the first appointment of the morning so that the vet could be in the room before we came in. We arrived at the vets 3 minutes before the first scheduled appointment but she had already taken someone in before us. After waiting 15 min. we left and went to a different vet.

Slidell is wonderful. I am particularly fond of Dr. Wayne Ferman and Dr. Francis. The animals are number one there. They do their job in getting the animals better. Even in the worst situations I have hope. This is the vet I go to and I have been to just about every vet in the area.
