It was storming quite bad when AC unit stopped working. Brad said he would come as soon as it stopped. Sure enough, he was there shortly after it stopped storming. He had my unit working again in no time and his price was great considering the circumstances. I will definitely use him again. Thanks Brad/Reel McCoy Drew

A few months after Mr. McCoy?s work was completed, an engineer performing unrelated inspections notified me of significant problems with the ductwork, and documented code violations and leakages in a written report. Mr. McCoy ignored numerous phone calls. After ten days being ignored, I notified him that he needed to respond immediately or I?d file a complaint. Over a week later, he responded after he received official notice of complaint from the state.
Eventually, he returned to address the problems, but ultimately other parties were consulted and paid to diagnose and repair issues Mr. McCoy denied, ignored, or lacked the expertise to figure out.
To date, an additional $2100 in expenses and damages have been incurred as a direct result of his inferior workmanship and conduct.

The guys came out the same day and repaired my A/C and performed a tune up of the system. They gave me recommendations on extending the life of my current system and preventative care.
