I contacted them via email and never received a response. I sent additional emails and still no response. I finally called, thought I had the wrong number, due to the unprofessional way the phone was answered. The person seemed to be inconvenienced by my questions and tried to get me to call his assistant. Needless to say, I want no further contact with this team. I guess this is what happens when making money on your own property is more important than showing the properties that you actually manage.

They're very easy to work with. I had no problems with them, although sometimes we ran in to failures in communication between the headquarters and Puckett when the tenants failed to pay rent.
