Made one phone call. After that I was kept informed every step of the way. Showed up when they said they would for measureâ was sent estimate within 2 days. Once I accepted a time frame was established and that time frame was executed. Love the workmanship and professionalism. I had two sets of attic stairs replaced. Excellent job. I will use for future projects.

The owner was fair to a point. After a while communication stopped after certain conditions were not met.Owner refused to accept any more phone calls from client. Client stopped trying to communicate with owner after multiple phone calls went unanswered.

It was a wonderful experience. Ryan Hass was very professional. He did a few extra things for us at no extra charge which was greatly appreciated as we are under a strict budget. I would recommend him to others without reservation. The new roof looks great and makes the house look years younger. I'm a real estate agent and will tell all my clients about Painless Construction. This company truly lives up to it's name. A great product at a great price. What else could you ask for.

They did what they said they would do and the work team was very cordial and professional. I am well satisified with the work although I wish it could have been done a little cheaper.
