We needed a kitchen remodeled and after shopping around (local big box stores and some smaller contractors) we decided Norvell, Inc. offered the best value. When we first met with Jason Norvell he used a computer design program to create a couple of possible kitchen layouts. His suggestions were excellent and we settled on one we liked.
We told Jason our target budget and he helped us choose just the right cabinet line, hardware, countertop, and very important, a reasonable time line. He did not promote pricier products or over promise delivery. Both Jason and his father, Jack, know their business.
Every professional who came to our home was just that: professional. They were on time, they worked hard, they were very courteous, and they met their promised deadlines. The one time Norvell was unavoidable detained, we got a telephone call, in advance with an explanation and expression of regret.
Three weeks without a kitchen is never fun, but we are very happy with the end result and will definitely be calling Norvell, Inc. when we remodel our bathroom.
