I always call the owner and he is busy so he doesn't always respond right away.

I would highly recommend  Northshore AC & Heating.  Our AC wasn't cooling & just blowing air.  We called late Friday night, left a msg & they called us right back.   Mr Richard came right over the next mroning ( in between his scheduled calls) diagnosed the system was froze up due to low refrigerant .  He cleaned the coils, drain pipes & added refrigerant, Got us going in no time!  He did a excellent, prompt & very professional job & is the only AC & Heating company I plan to use in the future. If you want great, honest, prompt & professional Service from a trustworthy company at very reasonable rates - Northshore AC & Heating is the one to call.  You will be glad you did!

I have a service agreement with them and Rich, Travis and Rich's brother have always been fast, professional and direct with me. Going without A/C in South Louisiana in July is brutal. They were here fast, worked with the electrician to figure out the what and when, and got me cooling again less than 24 hours after the unit failed.

Richard Patorno (the owner) is the best! He is an experienced professional and does top quality work. He installed my central AC/Heating unit in 2007 and has always shown a high degree of responsiblility and genuine concern for me as his customer. This was not the first time Richard refused to accept payment for the service call, simply because he has a big heart. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone. He is a rare individual in this day and time, when so many people are doing unprofessional, shoddy work.

He has come out immediately when I have contacted him. He is very thorough with his work and explains work he repairing or installing. He takes time with his clients. He has provided additional services for free. He is very conscientious and communicates well with his customers. His price is very fair and did not charge me for routine services. Sometimes it is hard to get him to accept money for routine services.
