 + 0 moreResult was excellent and at a very reasonable price. This was near the christmas holidays and they seemed to be quite busy. Since there was no rush on my job, I was fine with allowing them to take a bit longer to complete.

Description of Work: I took a pair of shoes in for an evaluation and he told me they couldn't be repaired. He could have easily made a hasty repair and sent me on my way, but he gave an honest evaluation based on feasibility and reliability of his work - very professional in my opinion. I have used Naulty's before and this is the level of service I have come to expect. I will be back.

 + -1 moreNaulty's Shoe Repair were good. Shoe repair is king of a dying art, they made them look really nice and they were comfortable. They were my walking shoes when I was in Europe so they did a great job. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. I understood why I had to pay the amount but I think it was a fair price. It was more than I wanted to pay but it was fair.
Description of Work: They had to redo the inside.

Description of Work: When I was a child Naulty's would put new taps on my tap shoes. A few years ago I took them my favorite pair of leather German Mary Janes. I cannot buy another pair and my dog ate the straps. I took them to a different store in New Orleans who had them for around two weeks and when I stopped back in they said it was a 'big repair' and was not able to get to it for a couple more weeks. I just took them then and went to Naulty's. At Naulty's I picked them up in 3 days and they charged about $15.00 compared to the $27.00 the other shop was going to charge me. My parents and family always took their shoes there as well. Everyone loves them in town.
